　　閥門(Valve)是控制流動的流體介質的流量、流向、壓力、溫度等的機械裝置，閥門是管道系統(tǒng)中基本的部件。閥門管件在技術上與泵一樣，常常作為一個單獨的類別進行討論。閥門可用手動或者手輪，手柄或踏板操作，也可以通過控制來改變流體介質的壓力，溫度和流量變化。閥門可以對這些變化進行連續(xù)或重復的操作，比如在熱水系統(tǒng)或蒸汽鍋爐安裝的安全閥。
